Delete Individual Reports
You can delete any individual medical report from your account at any time:
- Open the CliniQNotes app.
- Go to the History section.
- Find the report you want to delete.
- Tap the Delete button on the report.
- Confirm deletion when prompted.
⚠ Note: Deleted reports are permanently removed from our servers and cannot be
recovered.
Delete Your Entire Account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data:
- Open the CliniQNotes app and sign in.
- Go to the Settings page.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
This will permanently remove:
- Your profile information (name, email, photo)
- All saved medical reports and analysis results
- Your usage history and preferences
- Any premium subscription data
⚠ Note: Account deletion is irreversible. All your data will be permanently erased
from our servers.
